I Wish I Knew Dave!

Many of you will have seen the information and videos we've sent out on Facebook by our very own Dave, giving the lowdown on pretty much everything to do with storage.

Before I became a co-founder of Store Secure, I had some of my possessions in store at a container place elsewhere. The difference between what we're doing at Store Secure and my own experience couldn't be wider. I literally received a container number and a gate code and that was it. No helpful instructions, no-one to talk to and a real lack of communication.

As the least practical man in the world, I would really have benefited from some of Dave's advice a couple of years ago in terms of loading the container, leaving a clear aisle, and I could really have done with shelves to put my more fragile items on, none were offered or available.

At Store Secure we're trying to make the customer experience as easy as possible, with someone knowledgeable to talk to, or meet you on site, when required. We've also set up a range of affiliate programmes to help our customers should they need it, things such as van hire, waste removal and space planning are all available. Luckily for everyone, we have Dave!
